About the Role

We are looking for top performers who will play a pivotal role in driving rapid revenue growth by creating a pipeline of sales leads. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying top tier, decision making stakeholders at healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers
  • Meticulously track and drive your outbound activity
  • Interact with prospective customers through various points of contact including phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation quotas
  • Generate qualified sales meetings with c-suite stakeholders at provider organizations (primarily hospitals and health systems)
  • Build, execute, and iterate the top of funnel sales strategy in your region
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to ensure a smooth handoff down funnel
  • Coordinate and report to the internal teams to drive product enhancements and an excellent customer experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare as an SDR for SaaS products in the Healthcare space
  • Proven experience and success establishing a pipeline for a hyper growth business.
  • Proven results as consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, have a start-up mentality.
