Senior Solution Engineer
Join Opmed.ai, an innovative and well-funded healthcare startup in Boston, as our new Senior Solutions and Pre-Sales Engineer. We are seeking an individual with a background in digital health, SaaS products, and a good understanding of healthcare data analytics, including proficiency in JSON and CSV data formats. This role is important for enhancing our customer engagement and optimizing our healthcare SaaS solutions.
Your Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in interfacing with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized, cutting-edge digital health solutions. Your expertise in data analytics and FHIR integration, coupled with your healthcare industry background, will drive the enhancement of patient care through our network technology.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 4+ years in a Solutions and Pre-Sales Engineer role, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing responsibilities.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare sector, but if you have familiarity with healthcare procedures and environments like operating rooms it would be highly advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data analysis in JSON and CSV formats and a keen ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Good communication skills with a knack for solving complex problems and optimizing processes.
- Location: Prefer candidates based in or around Boston, but open to hybrid work arrangements for the right candidate.
