Our mission is to help healthcare providers deliver better patient care by optimizing planning, scheduling, and operations using AI, Network science, and advanced optimization algorithms. We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Herzliya, Israel.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our SaaS solution for healthcare providers and ambulatory surgery centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our SaaS platform using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to build user-friendly and scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years as a full-stack developer in a fast-paced R&D environment with the ability to develop features end-to-end.
  • Backend Development: Minimum of 2 years with Python or Node.js.
  • Databases: Demonstrated hands-on experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
  • Frontend Development: At least 4 years with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and state management libraries such as Redux, along with proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Cloud Environments: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native software development.
  • API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Team Player: Enjoys working in a dynamic, business-oriented environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Office Presence: Ability to work at least 3 days from the office.

It will be great if you have:

  • AWS Managed Services: Familiarity with services like EKS, SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Medical Applications: Experience working with medical-oriented applications.
  • DevOps: Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, Serverless architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Open Source: Active involvement in open source projects.
  • Education: Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Mobile Development: Knowledge and experience in developing mobile applications.
