We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to lead and scale our GTM systems, processes, and enablement programs. You’ll work closely with AEs and BDRs, own our sales tech stack, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve data integrity, forecasting, and execution across the funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who blends data-driven rigor with hands-on enablement expertise-from developing playbooks and collateral to training reps and driving continuous optimization.
Note: This role requires experience as a Salesloft administrator. Salesforce admin experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesloft Administration: Serve as administrator of record-manage user roles, cadences, automation, analytics, governance, and Salesforce integration.
- Sales Tech Stack Ownership: Own and optimize CRM (Salesforce), engagement platforms, and BI/reporting tools, ensuring adoption and data hygiene. This also includes the Opmed
- Enablement & Content Creation: Develop (with Marketing) and maintain playbooks, call scripts, email sequences, decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for AEs and BDRs, providing resources, process guidance, and tooling support.
- Call Coaching: Review recorded sales calls and transcripts to coach reps on discovery, objection handling, and sales process adherence-feeding insights back into playbooks and cadences.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Health: Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, monitor conversion rates and pipeline velocity, and drive forecasting accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates through scalable systems and workflows.
- Planning Support: Assist in territory design, quota setting, and incentive structure tracking.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM initiatives, lead flow, and campaign performance.
- Tool Evaluation: Continuously assess and implement new tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience –
Required
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Direct experience as a Certified Salesloft Administrator (governance, cadences, analytics, integrations).
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM administration (user management, reporting, workflow automation).
- Deep knowledge of sales process management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Experience –
Preferred
- Familiarity with Vidyard (for video selling) and ZoomInfo (for prospecting and enrichment workflows), and Dripify (LinkedIn outreach automation).
