This is a full-time remote role with occasional in-office time and regular travel for on-site customer work. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful deployment of Opmed’s solutions through hands-on implementation work. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing relationships, and supporting long-term success. Responsibilities include system configuration, analyzing data and customer needs, driving progress in our implementations, developing strategies for customer retention, issue troubleshooting and tracking, providing exceptional customer service, escalation management, and supporting customers throughout their journey with Opmed.ai.
