Digital Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager for Demand Generation to spearhead our demand generation engine while executing data-informed digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing integrated strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, optimize conversion paths, and measurably contribute to sales pipeline growth while scaling our digital presence through SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and website performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on driving qualified traffic, lead generation, and pipeline growth
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with clear ROI metrics and revenue impact
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize lead acquisition and conversion
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance reporting
  • Oversee website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to monitor KPIs and make strategic adjustments
  • Own and evolve our marketing automation strategy within HubSpot, including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and audience segmentation
  • Build and optimize the demand funnel, using data to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks
  • Implement lead scoring models and qualification criteria to ensure high-quality leads flow efficiently to the sales team
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling offers, landing pages, and conversion assets
  • Monitor digital trends and tools to identify new opportunities for pipeline growth and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on demand generation
  • Proven track record of increasing web traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI across digital campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console)
  • Experience running and optimizing paid ads (especially LinkedIn and Google Ads) with demonstrable pipeline contribution
  • Experience optimizing for AI search results
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, campaign management, and pipeline reporting
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Jasper, Copy.ai, or SurferSEO
  • Expertise in funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare marketing
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing tools, or marketing attribution platforms
  • Experience implementing and optimizing ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for web updates
  • Experience with intent data tools and predictive lead scoring models
