We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back Office Manager and HR Assistant to join our team in Herzliya, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the company's financial operations, including funds collection and expense management.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely company reports, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Recruiting: Lead our recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
  • HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage all aspects of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Previous Experience:

  • Experience running administration for startups, including an Israeli subsidiary and a US subsidiary.
  • Previous HR experience.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, required to navigate international partnerships and a diverse team.

Proven experience in HR management, financial oversight, and administrative roles, ideally within a startup environment.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
